Players must attend at least 2 sessions to be considered for team, but are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible. For more info, call Joe Russo at (732) 406-3872.

(No conditioning will be done.) Mid Season Shooting training will be comprised of 60 minutes of individual shooting skill work (each player will get at least 150-250 shots). Sessions are designed to give a player additional shots outside of their school or recreation practice. At the time of the season when coaches are spending more time on team concepts, you will be able to maintain and excel at shooting because you will be working on your form, time and room shooting, on the run shooting, off the dodge shooting and off the pass shooting. Elite Training sessions focus on building each players individual shooting skill and increasing their lacrosse knowledge. Players will be pushed to work hard and maximize their talents! No one wins a lacrosse game without scoring goals…our sessions will help you score goals and make a difference on your team!

Bounce & Sports

Drop your kids off, or stay and play with our Bounce & Sports program! We’ll start with bouncing around on our awesome inflatables! Once everyone is all warmed up, we’ll move onto our 25,000 square foot indoor, climate-controlled turf field to work oports skills. We’ve got equipment for soccer, baseball, hockey, or any other sport you want! Kids will not only get to use some of that endless energy, but they’ll also be introduced to sports through various drills and games, which will add to their active development.

- Tuesdays or Thursdays, 12:00pm-1:20pm

- Cost: $165 for six sessions, lunch included

- Group discount: $145 for groups of 3 or more

- Ages: 4-6 years old

Open Bounce

Join us for some Bounce-tastic time on our fun inflatables! Each one will ensure some giggling and exercise by bouncing, sliding, climbi8ng, or racing a friend!

- Wednesdays & Fridays

- 10:00am-2:00pm

- Cost: $8 or $35 for 5 visits

- All ages welcome!
