Team Turnpike and Garden State Elite Lacrosse will offer a Fall Fundamentals program for boys and girls.  Each 60 minute class will be comprised of individual skill work (each player will get at least 150-250 touches of the ball).  Fall Fundamentals focuses on building each player’s individual skills, increasing their lacrosee knowledge and provides hidden conditioning.  [...]
